What we collect,
- information about, and related to, the orders you place, including name, e-mail address, order history, payment method, delivery address and phone number;
- information about past orders placed, including information about your returns;
- information about the device you use when you visit and/or return products via the Returnado, e.g. IP address, language settings, browser settings, time zone settings, operating system and platform- and display resolution;

- freight and payment information.

- for administrative reasons in order to provide the service you have ordered from us and to be able to provide the information you request from us, e.g. product and service information;

- to be able to provide the most optimal solution for the device from which you access our services;

What personal data we collect and how we use it
In order to provide you with the ability to return your products through Returnado, we have imported the following personal data: your first and last name, phone number, e-mail and postal address.
While using our Service, we may collect certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your first and last name, phone number, e-mail and postal address; Returnado users may also upload a photo of for e.g. a defective product when registering a reclamation/complaint/cancellation request.
The information that we collect will be used to identify you, process your return requests, handle exchanges, manage customer service tickets and improve the overall experience when shopping or doing returns.
How we keep your data secure
By accessing Returnado as a consumer, viewing your personalized view, no personal data we store will be exposed. Access to your personalized view can only be reached through email verification or the unique combination of your email and order number.
Returnado takes reasonable precautions to ensure that your information is secure by putting in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial controls. For e.g. backing up data in separate backup drives, using public key access encryption, using secure servers with recommended redundancy level and restricting access through security groups, VPN and 2-factor authentication.
The data that we log
To be able to troubleshoot technical issues that might arise, perform security reviews and improve the Service we collect logs (Log Data) of how the service is being accessed and used. The logs are anonymised to exclude personal data but may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, data about authorization granted or denied, pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, logging of other activities and other statistics.
How we work with Cookies and Tokens
For Returnado to remember where in the returns-process you are, and to better understand how you as a user use Returnado we collect cookies. Cookies are files with small amounts of data that is commonly used as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.
A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of Returnado and the returns experience.

HubSpot – CRM and Marketing platform that tracks your interactions with our website and emails. No personal information is stored or processed until the user agrees by submitting the information.
External Service Providers
Returnado AB may, if necessary to fulfill the purpose for processing the Personal Data, or if required by law or regulation share your Personal Data with third party companies and suppliers including companies and suppliers outside the EU/EEA.
We want to inform you as a user that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Our Service may contain links to other sites or services. Once you have used these links, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website/service and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Therefore, we strongly advise you to exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website/service in question.
We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions to delete their Personal Data.
Controlling your personal information
Based on applicable personal data legislation, you have the right to receive, free of charge, a notification once per calendar year outlining which of your personal data we have processed, regardless of how the data has been collected. An application for information shall be made in writing to us. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to email@example.com. You may request rectification of your PD if this is incorrect, or restriction of the processing of your PD to limit its processing under certain circumstances.
